我競聘的崗位是初中英語教師崗位，競聘這一崗位的理由如下：

一、思想政治方面

本人熱愛祖國、熱愛人民、擁護中國共產黨的領導，忠誠黨的教育事業。

二、職業道德方面

嚴格履行中小學教師職業道德規范，為人師表，嚴格遵守崗位制度，嚴格恪守人民教師的職業道德，積極參加公益事業。

三、業務方面

從教多年來，從未間斷過繼續教育學習，取得了英語本科學歷，計算機甲級乙等，縣、市級骨干教師培訓證，英特爾教師培訓證等。

四、教育教學工作能力

1、勝任英語教學工作，在聯考中我所任教班級的英語成績名列前茅；曾在全縣初三英語教師會上做了經驗交流；先后三次參加通化縣區域教研教改公開課，受到同行們的好評，并被xxx教師進修學校授予“課改優質課”的光榮稱號。

2、勝任班主任工作，特別是轉變臟亂差班級的管理方面，取得了極大的成績，被評為市級優秀教師。

3、勝任教研組長工作，能夠協調好領導和老師之間的關系，團結協作，做好教研組長工作。歷年來我們組都是第一個開展教研課，各頂活動都走在最前面，得到上級領導的肯定，多次被評為優秀教師。

4、跟據自已的教學實踐，本人撰寫了《“爭鳴法”在農村中學復習測試中的運用》、《英語教學中的“畫龍點睛”》、《采用任務型教學讓學生感受成功》等等。

5、盡管我是從教多年的英語教師，有著一定的工作經驗和成績，但我絕不會滿足于已取得的微薄成績，我會竭盡全力把學生教好，將英語教學搞好。

綜上所述，本人符合競聘中學英語教師崗位所具備的條件和素質，故向各位評委和老師提出申請。

如果我能夠競聘上這個崗位，我打算從以下幾個方面改進自已的教學工作，提高自已的教學水平。

a）更加科學規范地做好日常教學工作，認真落實教學常規工作，確保教學質量穩中有升。

b）順應教學改革方向，積極參加教學改革。根據英語學科的特點，我打算開展“任務型教學”實驗活動，把學習者個人的生活經歷作為課堂學習的主要資源，力圖將課堂內的語言學習與課堂外的語言活動結合起來。

c）結合英語學科特點和學生實際情況，配合學校的校本教研，設計并開展豐富多采的英語實踐活動，進一步拓展學生的視野，培養學生各方面能力。

d）加強個人修養，練好基本功。進一步樹立自已強烈的事業心和責任感，加強自已的工作能力和工作藝術，顧全大局，維護學校良好形象，努力調動學生的`學習積極性，提高教學質量，力爭在教學中體現實力，在工作中保持動力，在學生和老師的交往中凝聚合力。

my great pleasure to share my dream with you today.I have kept the dream in my mind for so long that whoever in the sun is able to live a happy life for ever.

I think this dream is deeply rooted in the future. As we can see, we are now not far away from violence, poverty, diseases, environmental pollution and even wars. Most of people are in need of what they have never enjoyed. However, I still can stick to my innermost dream, as I still can see the bright lights in our future. I believe, there will be a day when those from the rich counties are really willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries; there will be a day when we are surprised to find that the word poverty has long been out of our memories; there will be a day when we are together to share our dreams and we will all contribute to making our common dreams come true.
